SlipcoverCalyx Covers

Just for DIY’ers, a free pattern for a Calyx slipcover! Now you can change the look of your Calyx whenever you want. Protect your Calyx artwork, make a solid-colored carrier for dh, do your own patchwork or applique, line it with something fuzzy, make it out of silk…there are no limits to your creativity. In fact, this is a great way to use large-scale prints that don’t work well with the size of the Calyx panel. The pattern is reversible if you want, and includes booties for the ends of the shoulder straps. 3/4 yard of fabric!

This pattern is free for personal use. If you show it off, please link back to www.mamabydesign.com! I’d love to see what you come up with. Send me photos of your covers, and I’ll start a gallery to show them off.

Want to make some to sell?

If you’d like to use this pattern to make covers for sale, you may purchase a license to produce up to 24 in a year for $7.99. From time to time I may make some for sale through MBD, mostly to use up extra fabric in my stash, but I don’t plan to make a habit of it.
